Troubleshooting
Dear Clients,

Recently some of you have begun to experience problems seeing the latest sold signs on salon and antechamber images. I apologize for any inconvenience or disappointment you may have experienced. My web designer assures me that there have been no changes to the way we have been doing things on the site that would necessarily cause the latest sold signs to not appear on salon and antechamber images.

The most common solution to image and page loading problems in web browsers is to clear the browser cache. Below you will find instructions for clearing your broswer cache organized by operating system and browser. Given that there are so many operating system and web browser combinations in use, I've only covered the major ones (Windows and Mac OS X) below. Please refer to your web browser help documentation if I've ommitted your particular setup here.

Should you continue to experience problems seeing the latest sold signs on salon and antechamber images, please include the following information when reporting the problem to me:

  • Operating system and version
  • Web browser and version
  • Whether or not JavaScript is enabled in your browser

Sincerely,
Dennis Waters

Apple's Safari web browser is now available on Windows. We encourage you to download it and see how the site looks with it.
