EEW-132. WHO THOUGHT . . . Comb overs were invented in the last century? Raise your hands! This scowling stern disciplinarian didn't give a hoot what anyone thought of his appearance, did he? When he walked into the dag saloon for his retaped (by another hand) quarter plate, the other patrons probably ushered him forward. The operator was not deterred from producing a solid example of his trade. He controlled his light that entered the room from high above on the right side and managed to tone down that large bald expanse of flesh. I can't ever remember seeing a patron probably in his 50s with such a weather beaten face, especially around his eyes. There is a slight dimple in the neutral drop and mat abrasions on the right side. Faint patina touches the mat. There is strength in the subject's character and he is held in the bottom of a later wood and paper case. $165
